Notably, in the past couple of years, she left a lasting impression in three remarkable cameo roles. These included her portrayal of Romi Dev in 83, her spirited performance in the "Current Laga Re" song in Cirkus, and her most recent extended special appearance as Aishwarya in Jawan. In a recent conversation, Deepika disclosed that she willingly lends her talent to these cameo roles without any financial compensation. Mentioning her reasons for not charging any fees for the following films, Deepika told The Week, "I wanted to be a part of 83 because I wanted it to be an ode to women who stand behind their husbands' glory. I watched my mother do it. It was my homage to wives who make sacrifices to support their husbands' careers. Other than that, for any special appearance of Shah Rukh Khan, I am there. Deepika Padukone's calendar is bustling with exciting projects.
